My head is going to explode... however it was all good stuff. I plan on using the voicethreading lesson this week in my classroom. It is a good reminder that the world is changing and I need to change my teaching to better prepare me students. Thanks!

My favorite part of the day was anytime we were doing hands-on activities. I appreciate getting to do activities on the computer with the instructors so that I am not alone when something doesn't work the way I think it should.
My ah-ha was how accessible all these fabulous tools are to us.
Thank you.

I really enjoyed the voice thread and am planning on using it with all subjects.
It was also very eye opening to realize that we often are not preparing students for the future and need to use technology as a relevant and motivating learning tool.

I had a big aha...it was great to be refreshed in technology and I feel I have neglected it. I enjoyed everything!!! Especially delicious. and Wiki. I loved the learning videos and not endless handouts!
Thanks for a wonderful day. I am excited about trying this stuff out.

I have definitely started using delicious for my bookmarks. I also got back into using my classroom blog. I am discussing with my teammate on how to better use a blog as a classroom-family link. I think that blogs can really help to create a community feeling bringing new people into our learning community.

oooooooohhhh...I am going to have me a lil' ol' classroom web page - complete with extension activities they can do at home. This class really helped me problem solve something I was struggling with earlier this week. Thank you! I will share this tool with my teammates as well. I think it will make a powerful link between school and home.

I really liked protopage. Amy S. and I came up with a way to organize ideas that link to the standards for an upcoming research project on heroes. We can share it with our team mates and hopefully have one place for students to access information. I was really happy to see my students so engaged after Cindy helped us with voice thread. The kids are very excited!
